Susan is a licensed real estate Broker and has lived in Beaufort for four years. After frequent visits to the area, she decided that she would like to live here "one day" and now makes her home in Otway with her husband, Robert. Susan handles all of the little things that make a big difference in presenting a seller’s listing to the marketplace. Customer service is Susan’s #1 priority. With an "It’s my pleasure" attitude, her big smile and friendly voice will greet you when you call or stop by our office.

Director of Information Services
Marlene is responsible for implementing our Listing and Closing plans, maintaining the datasheet files for all of our listings, updating our client database, and the list goes on and on. Her warm personality and upbeat spirit make her a valuable member of our team. Marlene retired to Beaufort in 1997 from Raleigh, NC. She is the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren.

Beth is the essence of what The Holland Group is all about. She is always striving to give our clients service beyond their wildest expectations and she does this while wearing a multitude of hats along with a charming smile. Managing the day to day operations of the office, handling the myriad of tasks involved in a real estate closing, solving a computer problem or creating a masterful advertising piece, she is always up to the task. She lives in Beaufort with her husband Micah and children, Katelyn and Cody.
